All nomination entries will undergo meticulous evaluation and analysis, incorporating relevant market insights, industry research, and accurate supporting documentation provided by the nominees. The MEA Business editorial team will develop a shortlist based on these evaluations, which will then be presented to the judging panel.

The judging panel comprises former aviation industry leaders and senior executives from professional services firms with expertise in aviation and related sectors. They will review the shortlist and the submitted materials for each category and assign scores ranging from 1 to 5 for each nominee. These scores will be submitted to the editorial team for consolidation.

The MEA Business editorial team will also independently score the shortlisted nominees in each category, using the same scoring scale (1 to 5). All scores will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed publicly or discussed with any individual applicants.

The combined scores from the judging panel and the editorial team will determine the highest-scoring nominee in each category, who will then be declared the winner.
